Forme
Le forme ordinarie di testamento sono il testamento olografo [Codice civile 602] e il testamento per atto di notaio [Codice civile 587, 685, 1350, n. 13].
Il testamento per atto di notaio è pubblico [Codice civile 603] o segreto [Codice civile 604].
